Use and transmission of your personal data

On the site you can leave a message, ask a question or make a booking request. In the forms, you will be asked to enter some personal details such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number.

We respect your privacy and thank you for your trust. This data will not be passed on or given to anyone else. It will only be used by our in-house staff to contact you and respond to your requests (and possibly to draw up a rental contract), and will also be accessible to IT technicians or webmasters in whom we have full confidence.

Retention and storage period of your data

The data deposited on our site is not compiled or reused.

It may, however, be stored for the statutory retention period (3 years).

The data is stored in password-protected software or messaging systems, or backed up (e.g. at our hosting provider) to prevent any leakage or loss of data, both yours and ours!

THE RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA

You can ask to be sent a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including that which you have provided to us. You can also request the manual deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
